Terms and Conditions for BrazilReps.com
Introduction
This purchase is regulated by the standard terms and conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet below.
Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contract Law, Consumer Purchases Act, Marketing Act, Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-commerce Act, and these laws provide consumers with inalienable rights.
The laws are available at www.lovdata.no.
The terms of this agreement should not be understood as any limitation of the statutory rights but establish the parties' most important rights and duties for the trade.
The sales conditions have been prepared and recommended by the Consumer Authority.
For a better understanding of these sales conditions, see the Consumer Authority's guide here.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these sales conditions, information provided in the ordering solution, and any specially agreed terms.
In the event of a conflict between the information, what is specially agreed between the parties takes precedence, as long as it does not conflict with inalienable legislation.
The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant statutory provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.
2. The Parties
Seller is Lillo Interactive AS, Nedre Hjellegate 9, 3724 Skien, [email protected], +4741399420, Organization number 927488302, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/seller.
The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is in the following referred to as the buyer/buyer.
3. Price
The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer shall pay.
This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent their order to the seller.
However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a writing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.
5. Payment
For digital products, the seller may require payment to be made immediately upon completion of the order. Payment for the product will grant the buyer access to the digital content.
The seller offers various secure payment methods suitable for digital transactions, including but not limited to credit card and debit card. When the buyer chooses a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, the seller may capture and charge the payment immediately.
If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of order. The card will be charged as soon as the order is processed, ensuring immediate access to the digital product.
Buyers under 18 years of age may require parental or guardian consent to purchase digital products, depending on the nature of the content and the laws governing such transactions.
6. Delivery
Delivery has occurred when the buyer has gained access to the product, typically through download or online access provided by the seller.
For digital products, the seller shall provide the buyer with clear instructions on how to access the product immediately after the purchase has been completed. If a specific time for availability is not stated in the ordering solution, the seller shall ensure access to the digital product without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after the order has been placed by the customer.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address and other contact information are correct to enable smooth delivery. The seller is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.
Digital products shall be accessible to the buyer in a manner agreed upon or typical for the type of product, and the seller shall inform the buyer of any technical requirements necessary for accessing the product.
7. Risk of the Goods
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he, or the buyer's representative, has received the goods in accordance with item 6.
8. Right of Withdrawal
According to law and guidelines from the Norwegian Consumer Authority, certain types of digital content, such as immediate access to films, microtransactions in games, or other digital products, may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal if the consumer expressly accepts delivery before the end of the usual withdrawal period. This ensures that consumers can enjoy immediate access to digital content, even though this means the right of withdrawal may not apply from the moment the content is accessed.
To comply with this law, we require that consumers explicitly agree to immediate access to the digital content at the time of purchase, acknowledging that this consent waives the standard right of withdrawal. We will confirm the agreement's inception in accordance with the law, ensuring that both parties are aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these transactions.
Despite this exemption, we value customer satisfaction and trust. Therefore, we offer an unconditional 7-day open refund policy for our digital products, no questions asked. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a self-service refund directly through the application settings within 7 days of purchase. This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring a positive experience with our digital content.
Please note that this refund policy is a goodwill gesture beyond our legal obligations and is intended to promote a trustworthy and customer-friendly shopping experience.
